In case the applicant apply online, he/she should notify the Indonesian Embassy or Consulate General. The application form should be submitted together with: copy of academic transcript health certificate passport size color photograph (5 pieces) full-page copy of passport valid for at least 18 months from time of arrival in Indonesia. The results of selection will be communicated to the participants by the Indonesian Embassy or Consulate General or through website in April.
